As part of this evolution, Rod Marks, who has been our General Manager for the past five years, has made the decision to step into a new role as an Operations Consultant due to changes in his personal circumstances.

Rod’s new role allows him to focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of our business while serving as a mentor and guide to our team. His vast knowledge and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and supporting the next generation of leaders within AMDC.
